I visited Hotel Bar Tampa and was impressed with the overall experience. The atmosphere is upscale and trendy, with a cozy and intimate feel. The service was excellent, with attentive and friendly bartenders who were knowledgeable about the craft cocktails they were making. The drinks themselves were creative and well-made, with a focus on unique flavor combinations and high-quality ingredients. The bar has a wide range of offerings, including wine, beer, and cocktails, and the staff was happy to recommend drinks based on my preferences. However, I did notice that the prices were a bit steep, especially for a casual drink. The staff at Hotel Bar is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, which shows in the quality of the drinks they produce. They also seem to be always willing to experiment and try new things, which keeps the menu fresh and exciting. The only issue I had was with the service, where I felt like I was being picked and chosen as a customer. I was greeted by a bartender with half blonde, half black hair, who seemed to be taking his time to serve me. He poured me a round of water, but didn't even acknowledge my greeting or my order. I felt like I was being ignored, and it took me a few attempts to get his attention. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Bar to anyone looking for a unique and high-quality drinking experience. However, be prepared for a higher price point and potentially inconsistent service.
