I had an amazing experience at Dr. Mackay's office. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff. The office itself is clean and modern, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Dr. Mackay is a highly skilled and knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to explain everything to you in a way that's easy to understand. He and his team are very friendly and make you feel at ease, which is especially important when you're dealing with a medical issue. The staff is also very helpful and answer all your questions thoroughly. I had a great experience with the treatment and I would highly recommend this office to anyone. There was one minor issue I had with scheduling an appointment, it was a bit difficult to get an appointment scheduled on the same day I called. But overall, I was very happy with the experience.
