They took the time to explain every aspect of my cat's health and treatment, and their attention to detail was impressive. The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with the latest technology. I was particularly impressed by the care and compassion shown by the staff during a recent visit, when my cat was experiencing health issues. They went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being, and their follow-up care was outstanding. My only suggestion would be to consider offering more flexible scheduling options, as I've occasionally had to wait a week or more for an appointment. Overall, I highly recommend the Cat Doctors to any cat owner seeking top-notch care for their feline friends.However, a recent visit left me with some concerns. While the staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, I felt a bit rushed during the visit, and some of the questions I had were left unanswered. Additionally, I was not entirely satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment plan proposed by the veterinarian. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I felt that the staff could have been more considerate and communicative during the visit. Despite these issues, I still believe that the Cat Doctors has a lot to offer, and I would recommend them to cat owners in the area.
