This place is a nice spot for community gatherings and civic events. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a wheelchair-accessible restroom, parking lot, and entrance. The friendly staff and residents make it a welcoming environment. The community is not perfect, as there have been some issues with neighbors not getting along. However, it seems that most residents are friendly and respectful. The area is quiet and suitable for people who are 55 and over. The community has a pool, which is a great feature for residents. Some of the residents have expressed their appreciation for the community, stating that they have made some real nice people and had a good time playing shuffle board. Unfortunately, the community has a bit of a bad reputation among some residents, who describe it as a "ghetto".
