Overview
My name is Erika Giannella, founder of Anchored Counseling and Wellness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, mom of 2 boys, wife, fit-ish foodie, and yoga lover. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Psychology and then received my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. I have experience working in many different areas including equine therapy, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and many more. I work with all ages 3 and up in a family setting as well as individual counseling. I have worked hard to establish a fun and happy environment for my own family and wish to do the same for you.
